Fantastic evening experience with Sian. Such a well organised experience from booking and all communication interactions with full briefings, including H&S aspects covered. Especially enjoyed the perfect weather conditions and bonus hot choc and biccie lit by the moon. Thank you so much.

First time paddle boarding.Fantastic, two hours and we felt very safe on the Menai straits with Sian, the owner of Psyched. She is a great teacher with such enthusiasm. Made it a joy to be with her. Safety first on dry land, and then to the sea. Such a professional set up. This is the place to be if you want to learn SUP. My wife and I had a great time.Well done Psyched.Marc

I tried this with my 12 year old son. We had an amazing time. My boy says he wants to do again and he has found a new sport! Sian was lovely as we had never done before. A great teacher. Can recommend the SUP experience. Hot chocolate and biscuits at the end finished the experience off nicely too. Thanks you Emily.

Absolutely fantastic experience, the sea sup skills day touring course was excellent. Sian was incredibly friendly, welcoming and highly knowledgeable and made the day both fun and super informative. I'd definitely recommend for anyone wanting to build confidence and skills on the sea :-)

I had an amazing time doing a SUP improver session yesterday ( Sat 9 Sept) on the Menai straits. A big thank you to Sian for taking me out on the straits and giving me lots of new tips especially about turning on the board will put into practice. Will definitely look to come back in the future would highly recommend.

Can't recommend highly enough, friendly, professional team, highest quality equipment, excellent instructions.Brought a private session as a birthday gift for my son, his wife and my husband, sadly due to a knee injury I couldn't join in and had to be photographer for the morning, my husband is a non swimmer and also born without one hand did concern me as to how he'd manage but I needn't worry, Mary there instructor was amazing and put them all at ease.Thank you all and I look forward to my lesson when I'm over this knee injury.

We had a great family session with ages 9-67 on the water. Sian is an incredibly personable, funny, skilled instructor who put the whole family at ease especially those who were trying it for the first time.Paddleboarding is a must try activity and I highly recommend Sian and the team at Psyched. Psyched Paddleboarding had come highly recommended by a friend and it's fair to say the experience lived up to expectations and then some! The customer service leading up to our session was excellent, we were able to bring along our own boards and store them safely before heading along to the fab HQ for a warm welcome from Sian and her team and a discussion about what we wanted to get from the session. We headed to the water and within the first 5 minutes I'd learnt so much! We had such a great time out on the Straits (something we'd been longing to do since we moved to Menai Bride) and came away with so many skills and loads more confidence. Sian is excellent, she is great fun, knowledgeable and we felt totally at ease throughout our session. We can't wait to get out and practice our skills before coming back for another session to learn more. The tea and biscuits at the end of the session were the icing on the cake.
