I bought a Grus Vape Mod by Lost Vape some weeks ago. The mod unfortunately was faulty as the power button was getting stuck inside. The customer support service is trustworthy and prompt with their response. I got a refund for the faulty item.

Walked all the way to Tottenham Court Road. Says it opens at 10. Is now 11 and firmly shut. And looks like it’s permanently shut by the mess inside. So don’t waste the walk!

Nice staff - good selection of mods and juices, the right prices too considering central London location.Try their own brand 70/30 range which are great value if bought in multiples, the spiced apple flavour is good and quite unique.Advice given with consideration - which is always appreciated.
