Really poor customer service. Called up to enquire about a trade account. Had been passed their details by a brand as apparently they distribute for them, and when i called i had a rude indian lady ask me abruptly Why they would give me Beauty star's details as they are not opening any accounts?!"I simply said to her that i didnt call for an argument and was only there to enquire on behalf of my business

Quick tip

I wait 15 minutes to speak their sales team to open trade account. unfortunately a bloody arrogant guy picked up my call. Probably he is from India who’s behaviour was rude even he didn’t let me speak he just hanged up.Beauty star should improve Customer service.
