Kinesiology By Alex

Alex is incredibly professional. I have always been very career focussed. Alex has taught me the importance of taking some time out for self-care, which was something I had never done in the past. It has enabled me to increase my performance both in my career and personally. Thank you Alex, could not recommend you more.

I had an introductory kinesiology session with Alex last week. It was a very enjoyable hour. Alex is such a lovely, calm and caring person and I felt really listened to during our session. I came away from the session with a good understanding of some of the physical symptoms that I have been experiencing and this week I have had more energy and less overwhelm. Thank you Alex. x
