First time I’ve had my hair done at Toni & Guy. What a wonderful experience. From the lovely attentive friendly staff to the amazing Jonathon. Best cut and colour I’ve had in decades. Won’t go anywhere else from now on.

Very welcoming on arrival, really friendly staff. Kim took time to talk to me about what I wanted doing with my hair. Fabulous head massage from Elle. I was made to feel at ease throughout my appointment.Really really pleased with my hair cut and styling. Will definitely be back, and tell my friends about you all x

The staff were friendly and efficient which is exactly what I need! I asked for a certain cut and came away with exactly that, it looked amazing, I felt great and I was never left waiting around. The hairdresser seems hugely knowledgeable and experienced and the girl washing my hair was really nice and friendly and made me relaxed. The cuppa was lovely too!

I always look forward to my appointment with Jonathan at the Darlington branch. I know that I am going to receive a friendly welcome and exemplary service.Jonathan is a master of his craft and I am so lucky to have finally found a hairdresser who listens, takes their time and gives expert advice. My cut is always perfect.

I was made to feel incredibly welcome. My stylist took time to listen to me and make sure I was happy at each stage. All staff were very friendly and there was a lovely atmosphere in the store. Liam was incredibly patient helping a trainee and it was really nice to see everyone been so helpful and kind. A really great salon I'm looking forward to my next visit.
