Never recommend this law firm. I had a very bad experience with them and was pressured to accept the defendant offer which is no where near to my loses and what about my injury? I was shocked when the gate strongly struck my right upper arm twice and my brain is not absorbing too much information. My brain is probably protecting me from further stress and I was very reliant on my lawyer and barrister to do their job to get me justice or at least get me the right compensation. My upper right arm was deliberately struck twice by electronic sliding metal gate bars and I was not sent to the right specialist. No further test and investigation done to support my case. The defendant denied to supply CCTV footage that I requested few times and early enough before their excuse that it was automatically over taped and worse the CCTV footage was destroyed when they know there was an issue and they made it look like that it was just an accident. My life is ruined. I lost the job that I loved doing and I will be suffering for the rest of my life and will end up blind because of the impinged nerves as a result of the gate incident. The worse thing is I don’t even get the right diagnosis and treatment from the NHS because according to my GP it was the duty of my lawyer to support my case. My heart is crying for justice and the right compensation because I don’t deserve this treatment as I done nothing to harm my client. I had a very good rapport with her and her family, in fact she was in tears and told me sorry, she wanted to help me but was told not to get involved. I now leave it to my creator to hear and answer my prayers because he knows the truth and I saw the person who shouted to click the gate control on the night of the gate incident. For sure her conscience will not leave her in peace and the truth will prevail in the end.

I really would avoid. 4 different case handlers over a 12 month period, countless hours of my time wasted and they advise that they cannot progress my claim due to no prospects of success. Yet initially they advised I had a good prospect of success. Go anywhere else as this company is nothing short of a shambles.
