I MISSED A PARCEL DELIVERY FROM DPT, I WAS LEFT A CARD TELLING ME IT WAS AT HILLSBOROUGH POST OFFICE, I HAD MY ID ETC ETC BUT I DIDN'T KNOW MY CONSIGNMENT NUMBER BUT THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER HELPED ME WITH JUST A FEW QUESTIONS AND FOUND ME MY PARCEL IN THE BACK, SHE WAS REALLY GOOD AND I THANK HER.

very rude customer service and lack of human decency , especially the old lady with glasses. She spoke to me rudely and I told her there is no need to speak to me in that tone and you can speak to me nicely ,her attitude is not right and she said it is and then I asked to speak to the manager and she said she doesn’t have a manager. Instead of helping she gave me snarky impolite comments which I found very disrespectful as I am a customer. I have gone a few times now and both women that work there are very rude and do not know how !deal with customers

Locked the doors before 1pm on a Saturday. I was stood trying to get in. They saw me, ignored me, and then pointed to the clock on the walk when it reached 1pm. Terrible service. They should be ashamed

There a lot of positive comments one can make about the great teamwork and helpful attitude of the people working in this branch of the post office.Simply Amazing service.I can personally verify the good positive reviews others have left about them here.A magnificent example for other teams in and out of the post office network itself.The team simply rocks in a very positive way for the local community.Respect.

My parcel went missing from a different branch but Crystal helped me sort it out and was extremely professional and followed me up to make sure all was solved from their end! Fantastic service 10/10

This is a great little post office in Hillsborough. Formerly in B&M department store but now in the old Nat West building next door on Middlewood Road. Great staff, foreign exchange, passports, driving licence ect.

Fine when you go. Nothing special but sometimes the staff can be so rude and miserable. Lady today wouldn't let me in at 5 to 1pm because they shut at 1pm. I just wanted to drop off a parcel and go. Would have been out by 1pm but the staff stood at the doors with a smug face and refused to let me in. Ridiculous behaviour from a 50 year old woman.
