Extremely poor customer care in Poole store after purchasing earnings getting home to find one of the bags sealed with no earings in contacted the store and extremely unhelpful and no after care and the earings I believe was never put in the bag !!! Never would shop here again !!!!

The worse customer service I have ever experienced! Awful replies - and when they do, emails are very unhelpful full of spelling mistakes and poor grammar.Refuse to refund for unopened gifts purchased less than 48 hours before! Apparently, for customers who come in-store rather than ordering online - refunds are not an option... doesn't make sense. I got told in store if i contact customer services they will issue me a refund... We accidentally ordered two, so would like a refund for the one we don't want. Money is still in their company so I can't work out why refunding is not an option.

I went into the Poole Warren James shop today with my daughter, who had a problem with the ring her boyfriend bought her recently from there.She no longer had the receipt, but when we explained the problem the ladies were really helpful and friendly, and gave her a replacement with no problem.I highly recommend this shop - fantastic staff, and beautiful, reasonably priced jewellery.

Very reasonably priced jewelry. Some is very pretty and elegant. If you need z refund on an item and have no receipt you will get the cheapest price it ever sold at. The opposite of Mark's and Spencer. The staff are very pleasant. I do recommend this shop.
