The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. He offered me lots of suggestions and advice to find a running shoe that felt good and I liked. I did want a trail running show too but there was a lack of choice in the store which was a shame.

Too quality experience here. Booked a gait analysis a few hours prior (same day) and turned up to find everything set up and ready and one staff member dedicated to helping me out. The staff couldn't do enough for me - plenty of advice given and questions asked to make sure I was getting the right type of shoe. Eventually came out with a perfect pair of trainers which were price-matched by them from another company but retaining the same warranty from RN. Would highly highly recommend to buy new running trainers at a competitive price but with a tailored and brilliant service.

Great service at runners needs. I was able to book an appointment online for a gait analysis. The shop is large and airy with an area given over to running with a good range of shoes. I had a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff (Will) assist me will my choice of shoe. Deffinately recommend this place.

Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. However, the shoes they have available are limited, especially if you have a wide fit.I had the gait analysis done and this was a good experience, but keep in mind if you can't find shoes this costs £15. If you find shoes, this can be discontinued from their price.

Great experience. The staff were really friendly and helped me analyse my gait and my collapsing arches problem. Also measured my feet and I’ve been wearing the wrong size for as long as I can remember. I tried on 5 different pairs of shoes and the first pair that were suggested were the best fit.

Really happy with the service, I had gait analysis & purchased some trainers. The girl who severed me really seemed to care and wasn’t in any rush until I found the right trainers. Couldn’t be more happy thank you.

Popped in on Saturday and as they were not able to fit in a free gait analysis (don't do it at weekends) I then booked it online for Monday, I then attending on Monday to be told there was now a charge of £15 (with a £15 voucher to be redeemed off footwear if purchased within 30 days) great if you're buying shoes within 30 days. Not so much if you're getting your gait analysed so your Mrs can buy you some trainers for Xmas

Lots of kit and offer loads of services, staff attentive and approachable and really seem to know their stuff. I will deffo go back when I need new shoes
