The value of my property had been considerably played down by another agent who succeeded not only in making the property seem worthless, but also ridiculing me for considering it to be marketable at all!CCL could not have been more different! They valued the property at 33% higher than the first agency and they were excited and enthusiastic about achieving more. Within two weeks they had arranged and set up an extraordinary number of viewings and within a month have received three notes of interest through solicitors. All indications are that a price well in excess of the asking price will be achieved.Staff contact and communication is excellent and the whole process has been made as painless as possible. Buying property is convoluted and stressful enough as it is, however we were attempting it remotely - from halfway across the world. But the team at CCL in Elgin were amazing and made the whole process far less painful than it could have been and I would not hesitate to work with them again or to recommend them unreservedly.

They even got a good tenant and managed the renting of my property whilst it was waiting to be sold, do I was covering costs whilst it was empty. Thanks to CCLs prompt service, sense of urgency, and fantastic management of viewing arrangements, my house sold within two weeks of being advertised. The team were all very professional and efficient in their work, whilst giving clients a warm welcome and advice when required. I won't be selling my new beautiful home anytime soon, but if I was to, CCL would be my first choice in Estate Agents.
