Just 3 months ago, our garage was a damp, cob-web ridden storage space. We asked Oakham Home Improvements to convert it into a living space, comprising a shower/toilet area and a lounge/boot room. From the onset, Simon and his team exuded a confident/can do approach to the task. Simon demonstrated great understanding of our concerns and requirements. All of the tradesmen used were highly skilled in their particular discipline and the OHI building team were polite and hard working. Simon managed the project in a very professional and sympathetic way. We were very impressed with Oakham Home Improvements and they would be our automatic, first choice for any future projects, and we would not hesitate them to anyone requiring building/bathroom or conversion services.

We have now had Oakham Home Improvements carry out 3 projects and it gets better and better!! Double glazing - looks brilliant, Kitchen - most recent and not only looks amazing but makes it a pleasure to work in there. But the top item was the conservatory, this saved a house move to a bigger property!! It looks stunning. The teams work hard, turn up on time, always offer advice and always clean up. We had our bathroom designed and fitted in the summer by Oakham home improvements. They did an amazing job from start to finish, speaking with Simon about what we wanted the bathroom to have and the look we were going for. He kept in contact with us through the whole process, including working in the 40 degree heatwave. Everyone who worked on the job was polite and professional, cleaning up after themselves each day. We had some major work done to the house by Oakham Home Improvements, turing three small room into a spacious kitchen dining room. The also replaced our conservatory and windows in the house. They are reliable very professional and super helpful. We are really pleased with the work done the house has been transformed. I would highly recommend this company.
