Sentry Self Storage - Winchester Bar End

Rented a container at Bar End for about 4 months when we downsized. We boxed up our fragile items and stored them in the container, along with contents of the garage and garden shed, tools, bulky items that we wouldn't need straight away., etc. This saved us money on the removals, and avoided any breakages. Also solves the problem when you downsize that all your stuff won't fit in the new house! Gives you time to sort things out and decide what to keep. The containers are outside, so you can drive your car right up to them - and they are available 24x7. Recommend.

We were using Sentry Storage for storing some equipment for a school I work at. We were offered 2 sizes of container, 1st one (smaller one) was perfect for us, and it was on the ground floor and by the loading bay....The container, the building, the site, was spotless.... And the staff member was helpful, and polite too.Perfect.

We rented a unit at Bar End Winchester between a house sale and purchase and have been extremely pleased. Setting up the unit and paying monthly was incredibly easy, moving items in was hassle free, and accessing the unit when we needed to add items or collect things was straightforward. The units are spotless and we never worried about security. Dave, the Manager, was always on hand to help and when giving our notice to leave it couldn't have been easier. If we ever need storage again we will definitely be returning and I'd highly recommend Sentry to friends and family.

Highly recommend this storage facility. We recently faced the difficult task of “downsizing” and used units in Sentry’s Winchester facility to sort through our household contents. Sentry is conveniently placed off M3 junction 10 on the Bar End Industrial site. in a quiet, fully fenced secure location. Both indoor and outdoor storage units are available. It is very close to the local Hampshire Country Council recycling centre, Emmaus homeless charity and Rushbrooks Auctioneers. This greatly assisted with the disposal of unwanted items. The manager Dave was very helpful. The site is neat . Tea, coffee , microwave and toilet facilities are available in spotLess facilities on-site and packing materials are on sale. Thank you Dave - your excellent service really helped us achieve our goal.
