Quingo (UK) Mobility Scooters

Don't touch Quingo, my sister suffered from a very bad, heartless service with zero respect to her condition as a disabled.she is stuck at home because they don't fix her scooter.

I haven't had the opportunity to try out the scooters. Two appointments were made for trial demonstrations and on both occasions these were cancelled by the company, one on the morning of appointment and the second one hour before.Having now read the reviews for this company, I feel relieved that I have not, and will never consider buying one of their products.

This is a difficult one to review as the scooters are the best around. I recently purchased mine after considering it for a number of years and very glad to have my new quingo, it really is the top of the range.BUTI finally contacted them after receiving their 'black friday' offer which said you could get 'up to £1000' off the cost plus an Amazon voucher for test riding. So contacted them and somebody came to see me very quickly. Test drove and choose, ordered and paid for the scooter I wanted, delivery scheduled for the following week, all good.A couple of days after ordering / paying I remembered the black friday deal and realised nothing was mentioned so I tried emailing them to ask about it. Nobody ever replied to the email. On the chat on the website, all the assistant wanted to do was pass me to a salesman.She finally agreed to look and came back and said as I was having part exchange I got that instead - the part exchange was £150 for a perfectly good working 2nd hand scooter. The salesman was so pleased to 'talk his boss into letting me have £150' as he only wanted to give me £100.I asked the assistant what I could have had if they didn't do part exchange - there was still no 'money off' but I could have had a range of extras that added up to the value of over £750 !I asked if I could change my order to have the extras, and I'd pay the additional £150 but was told that if I did this the Salesman would have to come and visit and rewrite the order so I wouldn't have been able to have the scooter yet. The salesman wouldn't be able to visit for another week, so in the end I just put this unpleasant episode down to experience.Still at no time was any 'money off' offered and I've not heard anything about the Amazon Voucher either, so although I love my new scooter, no at all happy with the service/deal. Given the high price you pay for these scooters, very disappointed and would think twice about approaching them in the future.

Disgusted!The only word I can find to express my opinion on the service my disabled brother has received recently.Appalling after sales service that frustratingly left him with a mobility scooter that was unfit for him to use and he was charged the service fee for the privilege.A second service engineer solved one issue, caused by the first, (for an extra £80) but there is still dispute over another issue which was part of the agreed understanding of my brother buying this product in the first place.Would be zero stars if I could give that!Let's bear in mind that most of the users of these products are vulnerable and have excessive issues to deal with in everyday life, without the stress of having to fight to get reasonable service.

I have been without a scooter for over 3 weeks.awaiting repairs.This is not right for a disabled person.They were to come today but the engineer is off s ick and no one bothered to call and tell me

Terrible customer service! The scooter is disabled most of the time! But the high payment was taken at the exact time. It's a shame that disabled people are treated this way. who need it for their independence.

The scooter is very good but trying to buy some mirrors is like trying to get blood out of a stone payed a month ago still no order

Had nothing but trouble from the date ordered, very rude customer service wouldn’t listen to . It got that bad I was prepared to lose my deposit. I rang my son crying with anxiety he couldn’t understand me. Had to finish work to come home to help me now he deals with everything.just wished I had read the reviews before buying. Why as everyone got can I help you message no acknowledged my review?.?

Customer Service makes good Great!The scooters are absolutely first class and the customer service from the team has been absolutely spot on.The scooter is very well balanced and simple to control.Just what is needed when things get a bit tougher in life and whilst other scooters give short lived mobility, Quingo provide a longer range and reliable balance.The customer service and after sales service absolutely matched the good words we have read here and other places too.Thank you to the whole team - 100% recommendation for anyone interested in a mobility scooter. The only regret we have is that we didn't buy one much sooner.

my brother has a scooter from them and he cant use it lots of problems and no customer service i would'nt advise anyone to buy from them
