Everyone who works there are always friendly and do their best to put you at ease. I'm a coward, so I need that!!!!Treatment is efficient and modern. The dental surgeons are highly skilled and do their best to keep you relaxed and comfortable during treatments. A big thank you to Amit for my treatment today.I have been going to this practice for many years. I have watched it become the modern dental practice it is today. I have just had my second appointment with Safa, what a great dentist she is, I am a very nervous patient, she treated me with kindness and compassion and has arranged a suitable course of treatment for me. I can highly recommend her to anyone especially any wimps out there.

Excellent service and friendly staff, I had the new GBT treatment today with Amy and her nurse, Sophie. Both were very friendly and professional! Amy explained everything she was doing throughout the appointment and really made me feel at ease. She used a disclosing dye on my teeth to highlight the plaque and I could not believe how many areas I had missed with my brushing and tepes!! She went through all the toothbrush and interdental cleaning with me to help me improve my oral health and learn better cleaning techniques at home. Amy then cleaned everything off my teeth/ gums and the results were amazing. Every bit of soft plaque, hard plaque and even staining, had disappeared and my teeth looked and felt fabulous. I was very impressed and this treatment is something I will definitely have again and be recommending to everyone.

Really lovely experience. Friendly and thorough dentist and dental nurse. Receptionists lovely too. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I phoned at 8.00 this morning and had an appointment for 10.00 to repair my filling which had pulled out with a Rowntrees Fruit Pastille. My fault the sweet but excellent dentistry to repair it.

This was my dentist for around 35 years until the lockdown meant I couldn't visit. After this, I was told I would have to pay a £100 new client fee so I found a new dentist. I had Invisalign here which worked initially but there has now been movement I'm unhappy with despite using a retainer and I have no access to my records.

The worst dentistry I have experienced so far.I have suffered a huge amount of post trauma after a tooth removal and have had zero follow up since.I was a private patient at Hopvine house and paid accordingly for their bodgery and negligence.

Safa listens to the issues and shares her views and talks you through the options. She is very clear when explaining about what she finds and looks at the least invasive treatment too. I feel very reassured by her knowledge and professionalism. Safa is easy to talk to and you feel relaxed when in the Surgery. She is an excellent dentist.

Great treatment. Went in for a routine check up with Safa who spotted a couple of small issues. Safa and her nurse are very good. Always clear explanations and discussion about treatment from a friendly and highly professional team. Reception and other staff are always helpful and welcoming.
