Absolutely first rate customer service! There was an issue with some minor damage in transit but it was dealt with immediately. Andy was amazing, the choice of beers fantastic - I can't recommend this company enough!!

Started using hops at home at the start of lockdown to get good beers instead of supermarket beers then when everything reopened i noticed that the prices they charged were better than most other craft beer shops so carried on using them with the added bonus it gets dropped of at your door. Andy is always friendly, very knowledgeable about his products and always happy to have a chat and give you some recommendations or just a good mystery bag to try some new styles.

Fantastic selection here, I've been looking for ages for a source of dark ales with a regular influx of new ones to try as well as some regularly available tipples.I highly recommend Hydrology for their top level of customer service.Very nice people to deal with.

Fantastic choice of beers of all styles at a reasonable price and excellent customer service. A slightly extended delivery time due to heavy snowfall but great communication from Andy informing me of the issues with couriers and expected delivery date. The beers arrived on the expected day and were well packed. I would not hesitate to recommend and will order again in the future.
