I've waited inside all day on two consecutive days for my delivery in Riverside area - both days no attempt to buzz our flat was made yet I received notification that the courier was unable to deliver. Urgently needed this parcel today and can't believe how terrible this service is. Still not received my parcel.

Twice now the Nr86ll driver has failed to deliver correctly to my address. My recorded doorbell confirms this then a notification of delivered. Like to know where to ? Currently awaiting outcome of my complaint. Time to cancel Amazon I think

Why they ask for your key when there is a Suzie lock on the main airline, beats me. And they don't allow drivers to stay in cab. But rather in their brightly lit communal area. Can be a bit tight when other trucks are there but haven't been since I was a new pass 6 months ago so might not find it as bad now. Very quick unload, although beats me why the driver has to open a roller door on the trailer?

The drivers who come to wattisfield are totally useless can never find our house even with clear instructions. Ordered a product that never arrived so having now to get charge back from bank. House has two name plates quite visible. Had message to say delivered to who l would like to know as definitely not me.

Great place employing a vast number of different people from around the world. As an employee, I can't fault them as an employer. They really do value their staff through various games or food related treats to thank them for their great work. Can't fault them as a company.
