I arrived just before knocking off time on Friday afternoon to pick up some fuel for my new Chinese diesel heater. Now I'm a South East London Peckham boy, born and bred. So I don't know my arse from my elbow, as far as as buying fuel for this thing is concerned.So luckily for me, the bloke sitting in the office knew his onions and steered me straight.Also the lady that took my order was pretty helpful, she even showed me how to pump and fill the empty containers. Decided I should do some research before I ordered and get 3 prices. Spent 50 mins altogether on the phone, one supplier still hadn't replied after 25 mins. Called Lovells, answer on the third ring, competent, efficient, give quote, offer delivery next week, it's a competitive price. So, five stars and a round of applause. This is what good customer service looks like.

I cannot recommend enough. Superb personal service to get fuel out too me on the coldest night of the year so far. Consistently excellent service and prices. Being one of their most useless customers I often find I have run out of oil and they always manage to squeeze in a delivery in a day or so - today it was within two hours! And they don’t complain about battling through pigs! Lovely people to deal with too. Well done Lovells! Would 100% recommend.

Exceptional service from the team at Lovell Fuels who really bent over backwards to help me with an emergency delivery at short notice. Clear communication and they obviously went above and beyond to re-route a truck past my property. Thoroughly recommend and I'll be going direct to Lovell for our next fill (rather than price comparison sites). Definitely value for money.
