Been using G Woods for 20 years. They are experts and their work is always set to a high standard. The office staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient and their engineers are technically brilliant.

Hi , we called G. Woods in December when the temperatures were below freezing and our boiler failed . They came out the same day and were both knowledgeable and efficient . Office staff are also very helpful and approachable .We have since used their services to replace our boiler and are once again very happy with their professional and efficient service . Would definitely recommend .

Have been using services of G Woods Bathrooms, plumbing and heating for 15 years. They have done great work on all the running repairs on my bathroom. that includes refurb on my built in toilet and various other repairs. their crews always have a good walk round first to check exactly what is needed. a good assessment in other words. they recently renewed my bathroom fan heater. Also refurb on my bathroom taps. Gerry Woods gave me excellent advice on changing my electric shower for a bath/shower mixer. it runs off my combi boiler and is working perfectly. easy to get temperature exactly how u like it. Brilliant. Thanks for that Gerry !! Also about 6 years ago Woods supplied and fitted my complete kitchen. Really well planned and executed. Any problems that arise are fixed by good communication between the crews on the ground and staff back at the office. Office staff on phones are terrific. I always try to be crystal clear what I need done. its also useful that they have office and showroom in Paisley. I try to use local suppliers when I can. Strongly recommend G Woods . If u want something done see a busy person. Its so true !!

Complete bathroom makeover!I would like to say a huge thank you to Jim and William for transforming my dated bathroom into a spa-like dream. What a team! Their professionalism and respectful manner made them a pleasure to have in the house. Attending early everyday to ensure the job kept moving - despite the challenges they encountered with the neglected 1930s drainage system. They kept me involved and informed at every step. The pride they take in their work is evident in their meticulous attention to detail and exceptional finish. Also, thank you to Claire for listening to my ideas and requests. Nothing has been too much trouble. I am beyond delighted and would highly recommend G. Woods to anyone. The installation is perfect.

We had a leak in our upstairs cloakroom a couple of weeks ago. I rang the office at 8am and by 10.30am a young man named Tony had arrived who quickly diagnosed the problem. In around 45 minutes he had replaced parts as necessary and everything was working perfectly (with no leaks!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, fabulous service. Efficient and friendly, and good work. Great!

I'll keep it short, plumber came out to look at dampness from loft, sent his roofer who said best get council to do it as it's a big job and probably their fault. Phoned back and asked for someone to get back to me with a price as the council would take too long and no one ever came back to me (and this was almost two months ago), until today to tell me I hadn't paid my bill which they had sent to the wrong email address so £192 for poor service. Not impressed. Oh and the big job they thought was going to be about £5000, another firm fixed the problem for under £600!!

I was very pleased with the service I received, right from the get go. I was given a same day slot for an issue with a leaking pipe. The two young plumbers who came, one who was named Michael, were very pleasant and efficient. They fixed the leak and actually made the piping much better than before.

Contacted G Woods regarding a faulty shower. They called quickly to organise a visit and promised a quote the next day. They never got back in touch. Very disappointing.
