This restaurant gets the prize for the poorest service. Waiters too busy chatting to others who come and go from the restaurant who are not dining. No attempt to call by to see if you need another drink or check the food is ok. Tandoori Mixed Grill looked like it had been ordered from a takeaway in Leominster and delivers to the plate from an upturned foil carton with no attempt to disguise the fact it had been cooked hours earlier. The king prawn in the dish had the texture of chicken because it had been over cooked to within an inch of its life. Service was really slow. It took about an hour for any food other than the popadoms to arrive, and they did not taste like they had been recently made.

Appalling food....disgusting and disgraceful customer service from the manager!used several times by myself only this time I ordered a takeaway and this is what was delivered....see attached photos and video!to then call them up to complain to have the manager lie as I asked to speak to the owner and he apparently arranged for me to go in the day after to see the owner.i then contacted the restraunt again to allow them to put wrongs right to have the manager again lie through his back teeth and make out I had sabotaged the food!the food isn't fresh!it's.frozen and reheated to order as you can see from the amount of water that was retained in my curry!do NOT use them!If you want a recommendation..mowchak are amazing!

I ordered food for 730pm but it arrived over an hour early so I asked it be returned and freshly cooked for the correct time as my guests hadn't arrived. It then was re-delivered at 715pm stone cold, it had clearly been sitting in one of their bags and would have been dangerous to eat. I called them and was offered a replacement order to which I declined. I was told that Just Eat would handle the refund and the phone was put down. Just Eat only offered me a policy to refund the hot items that were cold due to their 'policy'.

Found literal debris in my cheese naan. I consumed some before realising what it was… terrified with the fact I don’t know what it is. Looks like plaster from a wall.

Got to say well done to the staff. We held a random, mid week works do, 18 people (Gave the restaurant a list of everyone's order in advance) everything was spot on, quick and efficient. Food was delicious and served quickly. Everybody left full, happy and content. Spot on razbari.... 10/10.

Razbari is the only takeaway that orders to my village, but my god have I lucked out that it does! The food is always hot and on time, whilst also being some of the most delicious food I have ever had! This has allowed me to feel comfortable enough do a random pick every time and not a single time have I had food I did not like. I would recommend Razbari to everyone! The mixed grill was particularly tasty..

We abandoned this place a few years ago as they were hopeless on takeaway orders. Always had problems but tonight they were spot on. Excellent food and order ready when they said it would be. Keep it up as your food is excellent.

We arrived quite late in the evening and were the only diners there but were still made to feel very welcome by Bips and Mamun. They were very attentive and offered us advice on our meals. The food was delicious, the restaurant comfortable and relaxing. We had a very enjoyable experience. Thanks you Bips and Mamun.

Food was good but we were overcharges so keep an eye on your bill, I don't mind paying full price or even tipping but I hate being ripped off.

This has to be the best Indian meal I have ever. I've eaten hundreds of curries over a span of 40yrs and this was prepared authentically by someone who knows what he or she is doing. AWESOME! I might eat out next time find out what their resteraunt is like. If the food is anything to by,the in house service and atmosphere will be good too. If you are looking for either takeaway or eat out you have got to try this one it's a must!
