A big thank you to Steve Holt at Fred Coupe Nissan Preston. Bought a lovely little used VW Polo from these guys a couple of weeks ago. Very helpful and supportive salesman, Steve couldn't do enough for us even allowing us to sit in their McLaren 650S which was on show, little above our budget though Steve!, No pressure sale, family owned dealership, trustworthy, why can't all dealerships be like this one. Recommend to all.

Bought a car in April from Fred Coupe with the help of Steve.Fantastic customer service, I was always kept updated along the process. Everyone who worked there said hello as they were passing and offered us drinks.The car had very minor scratches that I was willing to pay to be repaired but this was done in house before I collected the car.The car was in beautiful condition and spotlessly clean with new plates on pick up.I'd definitely use Fred Coupe again and I would recommend to anybody . I have been buying my family cards out of town for many years, which always makes me nervous!! I must say, with Fred Coupe and the Reviews, I had no reason to be! Excellent service and the simplest, easiest and stress - free handover ever!! Well done to Steve, Alastair and all team. From the day trip to test drive, to doing the Part Ex....thanks Steve for making this easy...even to posting an item I had left in my old vehicle!! Just bought a car from Simon at Fred Coupe Nissan. Above and beyond service from start to finish. I’ve been buying cars for the last 35 years and I’ve never had service like this. Nothing was too much trouble , the communication was first class . The car was checked over and any niggles sorted out before handover . I live in N Ireland and had to have the car transported back to me. Simon helped in anyway he could , I couldn’t thank him enough. I’ll definitely be contacting him again in the future when I want another car . Thank you Simon !!

An excellent experience.Everyone we met was helpful. The car service took longer than anticipated, but this was because the mechanics were actually sorting out an issue I had raised. I would highly recommend the garage.

Very slick and convenient. I probably spent less than 60 seconds in the showroom dropping off my car for a service and then picking it up again. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and directed to the servicing desk. I was seen to straight away and all the costs etc had already been dealt with by Sam Williams who was also very helpful setting up the appointment. Clean courtesy car. Thank you Fred Coupe Nissan.
