Can not fault Phil Jackson and all at Faintree. I travelled some distance to view & buy my Superb on a Friday. Friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful - they even opened up the garage out of hours, so I could collect the car ready for the drive home. And all with a smile and a cup of coffee! Definitely went above and beyond, in my view. Thank you very much Phil & the team.

A few months ago i was looking for a car and had been trying to find something that was the right price and that suited what i needed i popped into faintree for a look and was greeted by amazing service from phil Jackson so helpful and found me a amazing deal and and now have my beautiful car that I love and was just what i was looking for after having so much car troubles in the past with unreliable cars thank so much

Visited Faintree Skoda Telford when looking to replace my old car. I had a look around the used cars and when I'd seen a couple of cars I was interested in I went to talk to a sales person (they did not approach me or make me feel uncomfortable or pressured at any time). Phillip Jackson dealt with my enquiry and he was brilliant and totally professional and arranged a test drive on my own.I decided to purchase the vehicle and have today collected it, the whole process was handled brilliantly and I am extremely pleased with my new car. Took my SEAT in for a service today and had the best experience. Dawn looked after me and was a pleasure to deal with, making sure I was comfortable while I waited for my car to be done. I arrived late but my car was sorted in good time. Steve checked over my car and did a great job with a complimentary wash as well. Thanks so much, will 100% come back for my next service!

Really cool. I'm a teen and I cane with my family. It was really pleasant and they had hot choclate and coffee. Phil Jackson helped as and he was really nice. Definitely recommend. Car was sick btw.

We came to look around the showroom with only a loose idea of what we could afford and what would be suitable for us. Phil Jackson approached us when we needed help, he was really informative and helpful. He wasn’t pushy, which we didn’t want, and was so friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is even thinking about getting a new/used car.
