Rude staff. Staff said 5:30pm shuts, but the website and Google information say 6pm closing. Staff ignores requests for assistance, is not willing to speak properly, and is not willing to help. just being rude and trying to kick everyone out. The manager needs to retrain everyone in customer service. This is the worst store I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

Sign on the door clearly states that they are open till 6pm however upon arrival at 5.55pm I was turned away.The pharmacy is holding three months orth of my medication.I wonder if they have a duty of care policy or a dutynof cndor policy and are the times there simply for the fun of it.

I haven't been here for ages now, but I thought I'd have a look around and they are well stocked with lots if offers.I bought a few items, there are a lot of things such as buy 1 get another half price or buy 2 get another free. This is good if you use something a lot or to give one to someone else.A friendly young lady behind the till, all the Corvid rules are adhered to and the shop is very clean which is to be expected in this type of shop.They also have a pharmacy which is very good too.

Been to this shop few times since I work at the local hospital there. The shop is well stock and in the convenient location. This time was a different rude awakening experience. The entire 15 mins I was there looking for some makeups, one of the girls stood there watching me. At one point she told me to not try to break the seal of a face powder (I didnt!). I must fit into certain 'profiles to watch on' and decided to pick up one item to cashier and leave. Next time better go to Boots across the road.

This review is for the pharmacy. They found my prescription and gave it to me in 2 mins. At Boots this would have lasted 15 mins if I was lucky

The staff at the pharmacy have been very rude as always making more excuses.They all decide to take lunch at the same time leaving sick children waiting and queing. A pathetic note saying back at 15:24 has been left and then changed again its really unexceptable. I am still waiting for assistance 10 minutes later along with a shop full of people. This really is an awful pharmacy to collect medication from it should be organised and managed better

Useless. Offer a blister pack recycling service but refuse to accept blister packs for recycling.
