2nd Edit that 18 months on from the purchase I still don’t have the V5. Turns out they put the incorrect address on it when applying for it a year after purchase! Now I will have to apply for another at £25.Edited to reflect the fact that they rectified the issue within an hour of me notifying them of it.Purchased a vehicle in January 2021. It needed a handbrake cable as soon as I got it which despite being under warranty, I paid to fix. The reason for 2 stars is that a year later I find out the logbook was never sent off and there is subsequently NO registered keeper! My tax DD didn’t auto renew due to this and I have to pay £25 to register the vehicle and was driving illegally for 4 days!

Its been a year since ive got a car on mobility. Ive had no problems with the car what so ever. The customer service has been immaculate. I gave deposit and the car was ready to pick up in a few days. Ive come 300miles to pick the car up, and i can say i couldn't be more happy the price was better than any other trader. Thank you for your great service.

AVOID at all costs. Scammers. Car broke down straight after pick up. Had to arrange a tow from RAC to return. Only agreed with RAC to accept days later. Then when they arrived with the car they refused to accept.UPDATE - 1 week later we received a refund after having the car towed back again and after waiting and debating for 2 hours.

Initially excellent service, purchase without viewing and car delivered over August Bank Holiday. However, on filling fuel tank gauge would only show ¾ full. Kia dealer would not investigate under Kia 7 year warrenty (1st registered May 2021) because 1st service had not been completed. I need to pay circa £260 for service to get issue invetigated/fixed under warranty (no service book provided) … I suggested Auto Trend should have covered this before delivery - no reply. My assumption I would benefit from remainder of 7 year warranty period provided I kept to Kia maintenance schedule.The car was delivered with a single Smart Key … originally would have had two. Kia quote for providing a second Smart Key £416.33. An expense I didn’t anticipate on a 15 month old vehicle with 1261 miles … Auto trend silent.

Do not buy from this garage . Sold me a vehicle that was a salvage and a written off car that had not been repaired properly leaving it in a dangerous and a fire hazard state with wires loose. Not fit for the road. They Refused to take the car back and refused to give me a refund and became rude and aggressive when complaining about the state of the car. If you buy cars from them please get a AA inspection done to make sure the car is safe before handing any money over . Would not buy a car from them again. Even normal garages would not touch the car due the poor repair that was done.MOT does not prove the car Is road worthy. .i was given 3 month warranty on engine and gear box not 12months as they say they did in there reply. Cannot be trusted . Had to get rid of the car because it was in such a bad state even though it had an MOT. Get a full inspection done on these salvage cars .
