Smart Property has been managing my rental property for over 4 years and throughout this time the service that they have provided has been first class. Everything from finding a tenant, arranging safety checks, property inspections, arranging repairs and replacement items, etc has been carried out extremely professionally. The Smart Property team are knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond to any issues. I would recommend Smart to any private landlord.

The whole team at SMART are friendly, professional and efficient. We were tenants of theirs and the whole experience couldn’t have been smoother and I’m sure it’s much the same if you’re a landlord. They all go above and beyond with a special mention to Beverley who most of our dealings were with. Highly recommend!

They keep me right about my legal obligations and I am extremely grateful for this. They have just sold a property for me and given good advice and been quick in organising things for me. I rented a small 1 bed flat with smart property for a year and a half. They have always been very professional, helpful and quick to reply to any concerns or questions. I unfortunately had to end my tenancy, and they were also very good with giving me the necessary information. I would recommend this letting agency company, they are an honest and fair company which can be hard to find.
