Having travelled up to Birmingham specifically to buy a TKD dobok, I was recommended (and given a lift to) QMA by another nearby shopkeeper who was out of the item I wanted.I found QMA friendly and the service excellent, the prices even more so. I was able to try on several items and the owner suggested different brands of doboks based on size and price.Highly recommended.

Hi I have the MAR-372 | X-LARGE HEAVY DUTY FREESTANDING PUNCH Bag, there are 3 parts the base the bit you punch and a big hollow plastic bit that you push through the bottom of the base then the main bit slots between that and the base.... Only it doesn't it'll fit when empty but once you fill with sand the bit that goes through the bottom doesn't fit at all.I've tried everything but nothing doing I contacted the seller whom I'm reviewing but they ignore your emails so no repeat custom from me will be forthcoming I'd avoid like the plague.

Calling with a strange request....we had lost the instructions on how to build our purchased Spar Bar, I spoke with a very helpful staff memeber who took my details and said the manager would call back. True to his word, within the hour I had a call from Ahmed who very quickly and kindly found the instructions and sent them over via Whatsapp. That's what you call customer Service - above and beyond. Thank you guys.
