Great place recently reopenedNice and friendly atmosphere !Nice tiny beer garden at rear also with covered seats.Funny the idea of dogbowls used as ashtrays.Also couple of parrot birds kept in the garden is something unique, now the whistle makes sense!Perhaps does need a sweep as the floor is old, also some painting and new benches.Haven't heard any flutes inside but instead they do karaoke nights.No apple juice or appetizer, oh well..Also got pool table.Well reopened

A rarity these days a proper British pub!Fantastic smoking area in the garden heated and covered .Good traditional pub atmosphere

Went in for a quick drink and stayed all night ... Friendly customers and staff......Nice pub great unexpected outside space .... Will return soon

I LOVE it here! burgers are top tier and they’ve got big screens for the football and the staff are the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

Rude staff and customer, was sworn at and yelled to leave by a customer as we did not buy quick enough, we were only there 4 minutes, my partner was just about to stand up to buy us a drink at the same time as we were so rudely yelled at, not a friendly feel was stared at the moment we walked in, especially by the lady behind the bar, pouring pints and staring, to when we left 4 minutes later, we understand we probably should have gone straight to the bar before sitting down, but we were having train issues we were sorting out at the time.
