Opening hours are 8am-10am on the weekday. How can they expect to provide a service when they are never open?

Opening between 8am too 10am week days even until 3pm on a Thursday is no service I can't possibly collect returned items which either cldnt fit through letter box or something needing signature for the sorting office is closed before anybody finishes work royal mail get this sorted and as for staff well don't get me started
