I cant thank Carly enough for her incredible customer service when we visited the Drake Circus store less than two weeks ago.Carly listened to our needs, and found us the PERFECT engagement ring!It was exactly what we were looking for and we are so grateful to her for taking the time to understand our budget, our style preferences and our requirements!Unlike other jewellery stores we visited that day, Carly was not pushy and not pressuring us into buying... but we fell in love with the story behind the ring, and we knew we just had to buy it from Ernest Jones!Next time we are in Plymouth, we will be returning to this store because we were so impressed with the service we received! I've always trusted Earnest Jones. They fixed my bracelet that was dear to me, cleaned it up and made it look new. A few days ago, me and my partner came in to get our wedding rings. We knew what we wanted as we had been looking for a few months. We hope we have her name right but we spoke to someone called Gemma, who was so informative, told us exactly as it is; which we really appreciated! My fiance wanted a titanium wedding band but thanks to Gemma, we now know it could be really dangerous due to the line of work he does as it couldn't ever be cut off incase he was in an accident. We are so, so grateful. My fiance is now so happy with his new choice of wedding band, as I am with mine. Gemma gave fantastic service, knowledgeable and informative - and did a cracking job sorting my partners watch for a service while she was at it! Thanks so much. I had a reward from work, found perfect white gold heart pendant. Couldnt get voucher to work, admin error our end, finally got there. The whole time, Carly and Marcia helped me, reserved my gift, supported me and gave me such great service, totally counteracted the frustration of voucher ... wonderful!

My fiancée and I went in for our wedding rings after already shopped here before, we knew the quality and service would be excellent.The staff Gemma and Carly were fantasic, showing us options and keeping my little one entertained at the same time.They gave honest advice about everything in terms of what would work best. I am already planning to fo back for a couple of other bits for the wedding.I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality and service.
