Engineer visited and gave various excuses as to why he couldnt open up our saniflo unit to inspect.First was a batton on the wall was in the way, so my wife went to remove for him. Then he claimed the Toilet isolater valve was seized and he didnt have a part to repair it with. I unseized the valve with a minor dab of wd40.In our opinion, they had no intrest in looking at our unit and wanted to just earn the call out charge out of us.Since has been repaired by another company from leicester, who visited and repaired on first visit.

Fabulous service. The two engineers who came were amazing, they persevered with a job that appeared impossible at first, but they wouldn't give up. They went out of their way to be helpful and left the place immaculate.

Engineer fitted new Saniflo unit but was unable to refit toilet correctly which resulted in a leak, so I was left with no alternative but call out a plumber ( not from pump master) who just moved toilet to correct position. This resulted in another call out charge. Engineer’s are fitters not plumber’s. Also I was left to dispose of old saniflo unit.

Have used Pump Master for a number of years to service and repair our Saniflow macerater. The engineer who came today told us that the motor was broken and that the whole product needed to be replaced. Pump Master would not be prepared to do this but a job for a plumber. For this I was charged a call out fee of £117. When I booked the appointment I was not told they may not be able to do anything. Money down the drain!

Very good, turned up within 24 hours of us calling them exactly as they promised. Very professional with a new unit being fitted and working within a couple of hours. Happy with cost and fitting charges, would def use again.
