I think this company has ceased trading.Website allowed me to book and I received booking confirmation email but unable to contact via phone or email so luckily went elsewhere as bouncy castle never arrived. Reading other reviews looks like I’m not the only one.

Fantastic! Hired various bits and pieces from 123 bounce for our wedding including a light up dance floor and a bouncy castle. Stuart was absolutely brilliant at organising the drop off/pick up and the items themselves were fab. Kids games and bouncy castle kept the children occupied all day and everyone loved the dance floor. Amazing customer service wouldn't hesitate to recommend!! Thank you!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY!!Booked the frozen bouncy castle for a 6 year old girls birthday party ( Autistic ) for them not to turn up and switch their phone off with no contact or anything. How can people be so low to let little ones down with no explanation. And yes it was booked in advance!!

As another hire firm let us down last minute (literally), we found BCHL on google and the service was awesome. Within an hour of calling there was a bouncy castle on my garden and we didnt have to let the kids down! Thank you so much guys. Highly recommend and we will be using you again :)

What a really poor experience:Booked the bouncy castle in advance but never showed up on the day.Left 3 messages on voice mail on the day it was supposed to have been delivered but no one returned my call.Spoilt the party for a lot of expectant children.Phoned twice since the no-show but still no contact with anyone.What a way to run a business!!Steve Collins - Leeds
