Family Dental Care & Sedation Clinic

Had a bad experience with a previous dentist which put me off being seen again for a couple years. Came back today and the two dental surgeons Meena and Irma were amazing at making me feel comfortable and done a great job at explaining my options.

We have been coming to this Family Dental Care for over 7 years now and we are very happy with their service and would not change. The service is great because they make you feel so comfortable. All the staffs are very friendly and very professional. This is one of the best Dental Care in London and I would highly recommend.

Who knew a dentist that don't do reminders or even send out appointment details. I left a phone call message this morning hoping for someone to get back to me as I forgot my time... And no one got back to my message I left. so I called to find out as I missed it I explained and to book another one but what have her the right to tell me well you should of gone to your appointment then" so when I say she's rude and sarcastic for that comment. I wanted to speak to a manager and Guess who she said weren't there this woman gave me two (I'm sure the first name she gave me was different) Maria different names. I hate the dentist ask I have anxiety and depression and me thinking I'm going to a good one and now I'm not sure as this was my first appointment with you but must take all the blame even tho I had an operation recently so I don't need to sarcastic remarks. Plus I weren't being rude I'm giving the same energy your receptionist gave to anxiety stricken patient I guess another day of my tongue keep getting cut by my filling. She also told me I'm rude but yet she was the one with attitude and even told me to go else where but thn treating me as a child while she books me in. If that's how you speak to your patients like that especially when they recently had an operation.Jemma"

Honestly awful receptionist a woman with wearing glasses very disrespect to customers

I've got a total dentist phobia, but my dentist at this surgery is totally fantastic. She puts me so at ease and makes me feel so relaxed and confident. I only wish I'd found her sooner. Thankyou so much for your wonderful care and 1st class treatment.

This is one of the best dental practices I have been to. I have always gone private outside the U.K. due to my always travelling however a severe toothache could not wait. I called multiple practices and upon calling Family dental they established it was an emergency and booked me in as soon as possible. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and very understanding and the dentist Dr Mahmood was exceptional beyond all expectations. My needs were met and I was given sound advice all the way up till my procedure. I even received a call the day after to see how I was feeling and to make sure I was in no pain. Hands down one of the most exceptional services I have received. Thanks all

Ignore all the negative comments on here, this dentist is fantastic.I am petrified of the dentist, from previous experiences, but with tooth sensitivity and the inability to sleep I knew I needed to attend one.This dentist was able to fit me in within 1 day and the young lady who was my dentist (I unfortunately didn't get her name) was unbelievable.I mentioned how scared of needles I was, she constantly reassured me & made conversation with me (to the point where i didn't feel like she was in a rush despite probably having loads of patients) and in the end, I didn't even feel the needle she used.Unfortunately, after this procedure I realized I was going to need root canal as my sensitivity didn't go away - this dentist fit me in before opening hours and listened to me and reassured me.I cannot recommend them enough.
