I have been using Tile Revolution for several years and have to say they are an excellent company. Walter has always been my main contact there and he is always polite and efficient. I originally had my kitchen floor tiles replaced and some underfloor heating laid and then a few months later he came back to do my bathroom and also my en suite shower room and I am absolutely thrilled with the work carried out. I have recommended Tile Revolution to a few people over the last year or so and I know that they have also been really happy with his workmanship.

UPDATE 23.09.21I’ve seen the response from the owner - I neither have the time nor the inclination to enter into a debate on this platform and therefore I will not be posting any more comments on this subject.Unfortunately, this is the first overly critical review that I’ve had to post. Suffice to say, yes we do have photos, messages, call details etc to substantiate our comments. I shall leave it for others to form their own opinion.Original ReviewWe were very happy initially with the work undertaken (total refurbishment of downstairs shower room, new tiling on walls and floor, installed new shower). However, after about 12-14 months there were a couple of problems that arose, (sealant coming away from the shower tray, a number of floor tiles became loose) and we contacted Walter to come and have a look and carry out any works needed to repair. Despite saying he would sort it out, some 6 months later the problems have got worse, Walter has not come back to fix the work and has ignored all attempts to contact him. Sorry, due the the very poor service after the work was done I cannot recommend this company.UPDATE 02.09.21: we had the repair mentioned above carried out by another company. Walter finally made contact and as a goodwill gesture offered to partly cover the cost. We agreed on an amount and I waited for him to pay the money as agreed - and waited, and waited. 5 weeks later still no payment and following a series of messages it’s clear he never intended to pay!! He is without doubt the most unprofessional and unreasonable tradesperson I have ever had the misfortune to use. His work was faulty, we tried for 6/7 months to get him back to fix it but he ignored our messages, didn’t even acknowledge them. Then, when we get the work done, he offers a goodwill payment which he then sets loads of caveats around - so it was clear he never had any intention to pay. Without doubt the worst firm I have ever come across and I would give them a NO STAR RATING if I could. Steer clear.

I have use this company for my Kitchen flooring. I couldn't be more happier. Also the friendly service that was also provided and the updates through out the whole time. Would most definitely recommend this company.
