Good place for a quick bite after school, Kids had toasty and doughnut, I had a spicy chicken sandwich. Coffee was good,service very friendly and quick.

Excellent coffee shop. We visited 2 times over a weekend, both times the coffee and food was great. Upon the entering the 2nd time, we were greeted by a friendly employee who made our children smile. He offered to help with highchairs and gifted our children with a small selection of TimBits.

Great donuts, hot chocolate was delicious.Very easy to order on the machine, only downside of them is they are placed too close together, when it's busy too many people packed around trying to order.

Was my first experience of a Tim Hortons. I knew about this place opening up and as I'm not local, I've been wanting to try it for ages. Today, I got the chance. Service was amazing as we didn't really know what we wanted or even what the menu was. It was unfamiliar to us and deciding on the spot is hard for the two kids. But the team helped us with options and it was great. Chips were slightly cold but the burgers were epic. Not sure if I'm keen on the milkshakes or the chicken, but man those burgers put others to shame. If the chips were hot I think this would have been a 5 star review! Will come again some time in the future.

Being big fans of Tim Hortons when visiting Canada, we were pleased to see one en route to the Lake District.The ordering kiosks were easy to use, but there is a counter you can order at too. Staff were friendly and very efficient, making sure everything was ok with our food.The French Vanilla latte was a good as I remember, and the breakfast deal was amazing value.All the doughnuts look great, and it's good that you can pick up the various premixed drink powders so you can enjoy the taste of Canada at home!Can you open around the Cambridge area next please?!

Friendly, speedy service. Wish they made the coffee from scratch but the service and the people there are so lovely. Happy days. Happy customer. Happy Christmas.

As a Canadian, I had to visit the UK version of Timmy's. The coffee was the same as at home. The donuts seemed more dense. The only thing I was very disappointed about is they didn't accept cash. And for this reason I won't be returning or recommending them to others. And hence the one star review of service. As a tourist many only use cash while traveling around.

Really nice place to eat! My partner and I really enjoyed our burgers. Very tasty and came out within a few minutes of ordering. Will be going back to have some donuts as they looked unreal.

The photos they advertise compared to what you get is ridiculous, not sure how they are getting away with it. The attached photo should resemble their Bacon Double Burger? Disgusting… Mildly warm and soggy, straight in the bin.
