Chicken royal was cold. Chips missed off we had to ask for them. The rest was hot tasty. Hate the idea that you order on a machine, then your numbers called out, and then you have to collect. No real service at all. After the restaurant makeover, it looks good shame they did nothing about the awful toilets tiny and always swimming in water on the floor.

Very busy, tables not cleaned and bins were all full.. could have done with extra staff as they seem to concentrate on the delivery service people before customers in the shop. When i did, eventually got served, the server was very helpful. Toilets need a good deep clean too..

Staff looked miserable, customer service was shocking. Food was ok but not been able to get a milkshake from here in about 5 years either. Restaurant was clean which was about the only positive. Last time we visited the drive through, we were asked to reverse back away from the window after we ordered…apparently it was so we didn’t mess up their serving times etc. how about maybe just serve me in the right amount of time instead?

Went Through the drive through with my 2 daughters for a quick bite to eat.Service was good, Polite and friendly staff, Speedy order and delivery, Food was great.5☆

Very disappointed in this one after many years of use, ordered chicken royale meals which turned up not chicken but vegan, no drinks, no order requirements checked which is disappointing, I've had a positive time over the years but the lack of concern for the order and lack of anyone answering the phone to fix the issues have caused me to look elsewhere in future. Very unhappy with service and order.

Windows had dead and alive wasps on the windows and side's. A metal bar sticking out across exit door. Where my 3year old kept going to look out of glass door, inches away from his head.

Great burgers (for a fast food place) enjoyed the flame grilled taste. Coffee was good too but customer service needs work.I asked 'do you have sauces?' (don't usually eat at Burger King so wasn't sure if had any sauce packets to take away).Staff said 'yes' and walked off.Granted, they did answer my question but obviously too much to work out that I would actually like some! Had to wait to catch someone else's attention as no one was watching the counter.

I don't usually leave reviews but today the service I received from the member of staff that served me called STEVEN B really impressed me.He was operating the drive through I used, usually you get told to give them a minute"
