Took my laptop to Karl for repair! I use it as the hub for my business admin, so needed it back asap up and running! The prompt and detailed response from Karl was excellent. AVOID! Karl has taken my laptop and son's Nintendo for repair in MAY, we were told it would be a week and still not returned in NOVEMBER! Has had a million reasons why he cannot return it (hospital, holiday, no parts, closing shop etc) and is now refusing all contact. Made multiple attempts to know where my equipment is, willing to travel etc. Karl and 'Paul' have cut contact as they seem to do frequently. Currently going through court proceedings to get my equipment back which contains sentimental photos. SCAM! AVOID!

I was convinced to choose this service by customer review. Unfortunately everything went wrong with me. 1) Extremely bad communication after I paid upfront; 2) No deadline can keep with all excused; 3) The cost is more than my expectation. Totally the nightmare.

Even tho they wasnt able to fix the ps5 they went out there way to try and wasnt willing to accept anything as they couldnt but i still wanted to pay them for there time absalute wonderful service and highly recommended to use cheap cheerful and the willing ness to help is brilliant defo will use if need to again only reason they couldnt fix it is the gpu is blown and can only get that from sony themselves as they dont put the part out for sale otherwise would have been fixed easy peasy

If your computer is slow, get Karl to fix it. Mine now starts up in 15 seconds instead of waiting, and waiting..... The cost is a fraction of the cost of a new machine. Great friendly service, I genuinely recommend Lifenet Technology
