What a days fishing. 8lbs carp then a 14 pounder followed by a 17 lbs lump then two 18 lbs beauties. All in six hours. Brilliant fishing in lovely surroundings.

Just returned and would like to say what a lovely Gem of a site...Nice lake with Excellent Fishing! The Pitches look onto the lake which is a bonus and met some lovely people.Adam and Amanda thankyou for a lovely 3 nights.Will return again.

Been there a few times fishing. The carp in there are in perfect condition and very colourful. Owners are very polite and nice and will answer any questions about the lake or campsite. The place is kept very tidy and clean. It's a nice place to fish and peaceful apart from a few typhoons from RAF Conigsby but if you are lucky in the summer season you will here the spitfires hurricanes the Lancaster and the Dakota taking off or flyover the lake.

Really lovely day on peacock waters. The lake is well maintained, the fish are in good condition. I fished with a friend and we caught 7 relatively small carp on a sunny late March day.
