Does anyone actually respond to emails? Whenever I email my advisor about being unable to attend an appointment, they never reply. I would like a confirmation that you actually got my email.Also, I don't like being put on courses without being asked first, so don't do it. They say that the courses are relaxed and you can go and get a drink or whatever. The courses are not relaxed at all. I don't care if I have to do these courses, I would rather not, as they just make me feel anxious.The Jobcenter recommended REED to me a few months ago, saying that they will be able to help me find a job. But so far, I don't feel like they are helping me. They're no better than ShawTrust.PS. Your automated replies are not helpful.
