Flow State Hove
Beautiful studio space and the teachers are magical. It’s such a privilege to practice with teachers who allow you to discover and enjoy your own unique body. It’s very intuitive and embodied - it’s really rare to find yoga like this. And so close to the sea, love watching the ocean after classes. And sometimes jumping in.Lots of diversity in the timetable too- from more advanced workshops to gentle lunchtime meditation.I’ve practiced with Calli from London, to lockdown, and now Hove. I’d follow her anywhere!

Flow State Hove
I visited Flow State Hove this week and attended Charlotte’s embodied flow. One word - WOW. Even as a yoga teacher I find it challenging to ‘switch off’ or quieten the monkey mind. That evening I felt like I truly dropped into my body, got out of my mind and left the practice feeling a lot lighter and brighter. Everyone was SO welcoming, the space was absolutely gorgeous and the ambience - just right! This studio is a true asset to Hove and I can’t wait to see how it grows. Wishing Flow State Hove all the best and no doubt I’ll be back again xxx

A gorgeous, airy studio that feels very spacious and welcoming whilst being slick and warm. We are so lucky in brighton to have many wonderful studios and Flow State is no exception. Thank you Calli and Deane for creating such a wonderful space. I cant wait to come back! Calli's 90 minute Sunday class is SUCH a glorious vibe. If I could be there every week I would. Xx

It was my first Yin class and I highly recommend it.The trainer Georgie was amazing. I came away feeling better than I have in a long time.

What a gem of a place. The studio is beautiful, the classes are of the highest quality and wonderfully varied, so that there is something for everyone no matter your level or interest. The owners, the teachers and all that attend have created a real community.

What a dreamy studio Flow State Hove is! So bright, spacious and calming. The classes I’ve been to so far have each been beautiful flows, guided with love and passion. It feels so exciting and uplifting to be in classes that are based on embodiment, somatic movement, intuitive Flow, soulful slow flow, and more delightful movement - I love Flow State Hove for this! The teachers and growing community are friendly and kind - so feels like a home away from home. Thank you Deanne & Callie for opening this awe-inspiring studio in Hove!

The best yoga studio I have ever been to, so many good classes, fantastic teachers and excellent soundtracks! It feels very different to anywhere else I have practiced over the years, very friendly and inclusive. So lucky to have this in Hove, recommend to all.
