Fantastic service and super quick turn around. My phone screen needed replacing so I called up to check for availability and was told I could head straight over so I did, my screen was replaced in 15 minutes and was charged a very reasonable price compared to other places. Highly recommend!

I came in with my redmi note 11 last week and they gave me back a phone with bad touch sensitivity and within 6 days my phone screen protector was broken. When I took the protector off to replace it the entire screen was cracked and a massive line through the top of my phone. £85 was not worth it.Yes this was within 1 week warranty but the cracks appeared to only be visible on the protector.Also now I found out the screen does not detect pressure and also cracked from me tapping it too hard with just my finger.

Took my phone in as not charging. Got it back the speaker wasn't working so no one could here when talking on phone. Took its back told him t h e issue he said he would sort it. Got it back again wasn't getting a signal at all so Took it back again waited 3 months for a part from China tried charging me 30 quid still ain't getting a signal so I took it to Coventry phone shop on Gosforth Street great bloke. He opened it up and showed me v phone has destroyed my phone and screws and all sorts was missing and now my phone won't get a signal. Fair play to Coventry phones he didn't charge me I'll be using him and never going v phones again on radford road

I just would like to say thank you vv phones for your spectacular services and for fixing my wife s10 samsung screen when I tried almost every mobile shop in Coventry no one had a screen for this model and was given high prices like £200 to get one I was given a reasonable price from vv phones for my phone repair and was done in two hours the same day absolutely buzzing I recommend everyone to visit vv phones based on radford Rd Coventry for your phone repairs and accessories need thank you vv phones you always saved my day

Great service, fixed iPhone and iPad for me. I came in and asked for a new screen on my iPad I came back to collect and was told was not the screen it was something else and the price was much cheaper than what it would have been if they swapped the screen. Would never go anywhere else, they are great!

I visited this shop for the first time last week. Friendly and helpful staff. They had a box of 'older' phones for £20 which I thought was a great idea for a first phone for children or a second phone when you are out where you are worried your phone might get lost or damaged.As I was after the s23 Ultra I asked if they would take monthly payments which he said he would consider. Great if you can't pay all upfront. Great selection.

Vvphones is such a savior!! My iphone xr got washed in the washing machine by accident, for the first day i soaked in rice and hairdry and then brought it to electronex in the town centre which they supposedly say they could fix it. After 5 days they said they couldnt fix it and i almost broke down because i had so many pictures on that phone. After searching on google which store had the best reviews, i went to vvphones and they fixed for only £120 only IN 1 DAY and got it working i can revive my pictures, thank you so much for fixing my phone. The guys were also very friendly and kind.
