Utterly clueless. Used Sanderson Weatherall as they were the closest firm of valuers on the banks' panel (the property is in Cardiff). They valued the property at 20% less than three national firms with Cardiff offices. When I challenged them they increased their valuation slightly but were still way behind the three other agents. Unfortunately they were instructed by the bank so I can't sue them for negligence as they clearly had no idea what they were doing on this valuation. Avoid.
