My decision to apply to work with Home Instead Senior Care in Rotherham was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The feeling that I am making a difference to people’s lives means that every day I feel I’ve achieved something worthwhile. Ongoing support and the opportunity for personal development reinforces my opinion that I couldn’t wish to work for a better organisation. Furthermore, on a daily basis I see Home Insteads values of quality service, professionalism, trust, integrity and above all a willingness to go the extra mile reflected in every member of the Home Instead team, in and out of the office and I feel privileged to be part of that team. It's been a great pleasure to work with David and the team who care so much for their clients as well as carers.

I have worked for this company for over 2 years and I can honestly say I have the best time. From the owners to my work mates in the office, and also the CareGivers, there is warmth and support for all. We can have a laugh together, but also work very hard to make this company the best it can be. We are all proud to work for Home Instead, and we are protective of each other and the reputation the company has achieved. Our Caregivers take a huge pride in the work, and really care deeply about their clients, who become like friends. I am so glad I found Home Instead. I just wish I had found them years ago.

Very disappointed and upset.My disabled mum, with short term memory and Alzheimer's was left by carer because she refused to go home with carer. As a result my mum ended up in hospital unnecessarily.My mum was lost and ended up at the GP who then sent her to A&E.Very expensive service and carers meals have to be paid for.Extra expenses I wasnt informed of at first consultation.I do not recommend this company.

Brilliant company. Caring, compassionate to both their staff and the people they support.
