If you could give a company zero stars that is what VMS deserve. We have several vans leased from them and they are truly awful. They fail to show up for agreed servicing and repairs, they take weeks to arrange basic warranty work and when they supply a replacement vehicle a push bike with a basket would be more use. They will supply vehicles with significant damage not marked on the hire sheet and hope you don’t notice. Departments don't communicate with each other and you spend more time managing them than they do keeping your vehicles on the road. We use several good hire/leasing firms VMS are by far the worst.

My Company has been hiring vehicles from VMS Bathgate for over 12 months now. And I cannot rate them highly enough. From all the Ladies & Gents in the office To Callum, head of sales. What a great team they really are.Nothing is a problem to these guys. They always pull out all the stops to accommodate when is required. They have an extensive fleet of vehicles in all sizes. And their prices are the most competitive I have come across in this Industry. I honestly cannot recommend all the team at VMS Bathgate highly enough. Best vehicle hirers in the whole of West Lothian, and beyond. And I have tried them all. Great team.Keep it up guys.
