This has been my first season of letting out my property as a holiday let and Gary and Ross have handled everything professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Have been very impressed with the service so far. Communication is great both with guests and any queries I may have. Everything is very transparent unlike the previous company (Clean Crowd) who refused me access to my hosting account. Gary and Ross are very easy to work with. Highly recommended

Stallion Property Management – Just WOW!I can´t recommend this company enough, I want to shout it from the rooftops, these guys, Ross & Gary are absolutely brilliant, professional, dynamic, excellent communication, honest, amazing taste, patient and understanding.Back in 2021 my personal circumstances dramatically changed, so much so that I needed to do something with my apartment in Bournemouth, So I decided to put my property to work! I needed to find someone trustworthy who had my best interest at heart, I went with a company in Bournemouth on January the 3rd 2022, the woman told me that she would have my property up and running by 1st March (I did think this was rather a long time but hey-ho a lot needed doing after 8 years)! However, after a long and painful story by the 11th March still nothing and when I had photos of the flat after this period of time it was no where near ready! Everything had gone I was absolutely devastated!I contacted “Stallion Property Management” who quite literally went in and within weeks had my property up n running and to such a high spec, if an interior design company come in it wouldn't have looked any better! WOW I´m so over the moon, at every step of the way I had receipts presented, I had regular updates via emails and WhatsApp, they gave me sound advice/Help, they practically held my hand throughout this incredible journey, I can only describe as beauty and the beast scenario, (beast being how my place looked before these guys got to work and beauty is what it looks like now)!I live in Spain so couldn´t physically get over to the UK but I needn’t have worried, It was like I was there anyway, I was involved at every stage, I was consulted, I was advised, I was reassured.Brilliant company, brilliant guys, out of 100 they to me score 100.Thank you, Ross & Gary,

Ross and Gary have been running my property for over a year now and I am so glad I chose them! The professionalism and responsiveness to requests is excellent. I literally can not fault them!The fact they are local themselves and understand what the customer wants means so much and means the people staying at my apartment are always giving great reviews.It is such a relief to me to not have to worry about it as I am busy in my own job.Trust me you will not be disappointed!

Stallion Property management has gone above and beyond , Ross and Gary reply to my messages within minutes and they have pretty much troubled my rental income and been fantastic at replying to my Airbnb guests whenever they have any queries. I literally cannot fault the service I receive from them and would recommend them to any other Landlord thinking of going down the holiday route. Stallion Property Management has been exceptional.

Amazing service - 100% recommendedWhen I bought my flat I was trying to decide wether going down the traditional letting route or the holiday let route would suit my investment goals better. I decided to contact Stallion Property Management for advice and they walked me through the benefits and potential rewards of holiday letting my flat.There has been no looking back, not only did they advise me on best practices when dressing the flat they have taken the reigns and handle all booking enquiries via the various platforms like Airbnb, booking and VRBO. They manage the cleaning schedule like clockwork as well as any maintenance that might need dealing with between guests. They take any of that stress away whilst keeping me informed when necessary. For example I had a leak from the flat above and they were down at the flat immediately dealing with it, the guests and the relevant tradesmen.They are very professional, honest and always keep me in the loop with the bookings. I can’t recommend Gary and Ross enough - they totally give me piece of mind that the flat is in safe hands and they go above and beyond to keep guests and me happy. They are constantly looking at the market to ensure my property is competitive whilst obtaining as many lets as possible, making it a worthwhile investment. Excellent service!When I purchased my apartment, I tried to manage it myself andafter a couple of months of struggle, having all sorts of issues with booking platforms I decided to contact Stallion Property Management to help with all aspects of a holiday let. When I met Gary and Ross, I immediately knew that my property will be in good hands, they advised me on how to decorate my apartment and make it more comfortable for our guests.
