In the last couple of months I have taken up playing guitar. The staff at this shop have been incredibly helpful from day one. Last week after testing a few I finally settled on a brand new ortega guitar. Being newbie i was pretty nervous about testing guitars in a shop full of people who know their stuff and can actualy play! So i was happy that they gave me the guitar and let me get on with it and i only had to shout if i needed help. I certainly wont be going anywhere else! Incredible experience. Through recommendation I went here to get myself a guitar and amp and was very quickly blown away by the service received. The staff here are not only very friendly and welcoming, but extremely knowledgeable. With a quick five minute chat, what I wanted was identified, and I was set up to test about and play with the recommended guitar. After a time, I had all the specs explained to me and was soon off with my shiny new axe and an amp to match. The whole thing was a very positive, easy and friendly experience, and I've since spent the last five hours on-off playing what I bought here. I am beyond satisfied with everything regarding my venture here. In addition to this, every bit of precaution was taken in ensuring COVID safety was met. These guys are really awesome, and I highly recommend Rock Hard Music to anyone needing some kit or lessons.

The guys in this shop where so friendly and helpful.My daughter just brought a guitar and needed a little help and advice.They went above and beyond to go out of there way for her.She can't wait to go back already.
