I visited my local authorised Rolex dealership today, Winsor Bishop in Norwich, and from the moment I walked through the door, Sara Mooney and her team provided me with a truly outstanding retail experience.

Avoid this place. I paid £8495.00 for my diamonds ring,I went there and told them my ring the platinum don’t look right. It’s look bad quality. I’d want to sale it back to them,they said NO. Just sale but not buy it back from the clients. Really?I might buy a pack rings from PRIMARK WOULD BE BETTER THEN THIS PLACE.Do not waste your money at this place. AVOID.

I had a recent appointment to discuss and try on a few pieces at Winsor Bishop. Making the appointment was very easy, I was provided with a wealth of information on the watches I was interested in via email. On the day I was looked after by James, who made every effort to look after me and my partner, he was very knowledgeable and I never felt rushed. Would definitely recommend, high class experience from start to finish.

My friend and I went in store today to look at a specific watch I’ve had my eye on, after visiting other shops who range it but didn’t have any stock.I was greeted within seconds by Kyle, after pointing out the exact watch I was after in the shop window, and offered a drink while finding us a seat.We couldn’t believe how long we’d be in store for when we left - and that is to huge credit of Sara. Nothing felt too much hassle, despite feeling like I was being an indecisive shopper. I tried multiple sizes, on and off my wrist multiple times. We both felt as though we were given sincere advice and time. Sara was clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about watches and seemed genuinely interested in how I ended up visiting the store, and her own history within the company and passion of watches was great to hear.The friend I was with also was able to try some watches on himself and has registered interested with a Rolex on display.I have to disagree with the notion of some of these reviews. We’re both young lads, wearing casual at best clothes and were treated excellently and taken very seriously.A great retail experience. Thank you Sara and Kyle.

Whilst luxury watch industry businesses requires customers to build a relationship before being able to purchase certain watches, am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received when attempting to purchase a watch from your establishment. The process of having to build a relationship with a sales representative in order to make a purchase felt excessive and unhelpful. Additionally, while there may not be an official waitlist, I found it frustrating to have to register my interest yet you still cannot get hold of certain watches being low proirity for Rolex allocations.I must say that the lack of customer service at your business was also a concern. As a buyer who is well-informed and knowledgeable about the products, I was surprised to find that the representatives were not more helpful or accommodating. It seems that the focus is more on establishing your business as an authorized reseller than on providing exceptional customer service.Furthermore, I was disappointed to learn that other stores receive more allocations from Rolex and that your business is considered low priority. This raises questions about the quality of the products and service that you offer. As a customer, I want to feel confident that I am purchasing from a reputable and experienced seller who values my business.I hope that you take this feedback seriously and work to improve the experience for your customers. As a consumer, I am always looking for businesses that prioritize their customers and provide excellent service, and unfortunately, my experience at your establishment did not meet these standards.

Caitlin helped me and my fiancé with getting our stunning wedding rings, that we had left to the last minute! She was very professional and kept us up to date very frequently.We are so grateful for her and the rest of the team, for the fantastic service, getting our rings made ready for our big day, with many days left to spare!Would highly recommend anyone who is after flawless service done in record breaking time!Thanks again Caitlin!

I had an appointment last weekend to collect an item from Winsor Bishop and wanted to take a moment to appreciate the service my family and I received when visiting the store. Elly was fantastic. Highly knowledgeable and was brilliant with my 11month old. She really took the time to answer any questions we had, and was more than happy to talk us through other items in store we enquired about.
