My experience with Randstad education recruitment was made easy and comprehensive mainly due to Megan my agent.She was well informed- having worked in the field and her “hands on”approach when matching me to a school was outstanding ensuring that it was a good match, even considering my travel time.The consistent professional - responding to my emails or texts and guiding me through some “simple”procedures.Thanks again Megan for helping me to return to the workplace.

Working with Rob at Randstad has been great. Rob understands what my preferences are and he makes sure I am happy with the work that is given to me. I can call him and he listens if I can not work on particular days for personal reasons and adjusts my working days for me. Always gives me opportunities to work at different places and learn new experiences. He makes sure I am happy with the work assigned to me. If I have any problems I know I can call him and he will help me work through them. I look forward to continue working with Rob and Randstad in the future.

I have worked with Randstad for years and they have been fantastic to my development as a teaching Assistant/nursery nurse. As a supply teaching assistant and nursery nurse, Randstad has provided me with regular postings in schools that are reasonably within the distance I have specified in my application.There was regular contact by phone and e-mails of possible assignments. The staff have always been friendly, accommodating and have replied to my queries as soon as possible.Randstad is a fantastic place to work where all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly my consultant Dalbir. She has been excellent through my time with Randstad and has been an honest, friendly and professional and has ensured a good amount of work for me.Randstad have been very flexible working along with my availability.The company have excellent standards of professionalism and services, whether I was on a long-term, short-term or permanent post. I went in for my initial work interview at Randstad at the start of the summer holidays which meant that my children had to go along with me.
