Staff are very friendly, especially with children. The dentist Dr Clack is brilliant. Very trusting and will put you at ease if you are feeling anxious about any of the treatments.

So pleased with my experience with Dr Aileen Clack and her team. She is a miracle worker! I am no longer a nervous patient. I needed my front teeth replaced as i had a tooth break off. The removal of the tooth was absolutely pain free, and the replacement fits so well. I am very grateful to her and the team for their care and professionalism. Revd Deborah Hamilton-Grey

This dentist is by far the best dentist I have ever seen, I am extremely nervous at the dentist, I was made too feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff were absolutely fantastic I cannot thank them enough. My tooth is out and I am pain free.

I cannot praise this practice enough! I had aligners recently to straighten my teeth. It is something I always wanted and I was quiet nervous. Aileen and the team made me feel so relaxed and welcome. I would highly recommend this practice and am so pleased with the results. If I could rate higher that 5 stars I would ⭐️

I was very impressed with my recent visits to Toftwood Dental Practice and seeing Dr Clack. I had a check up and had to have a filling. Dr Clack is very good at putting me at ease, as like most people I don't enjoy trips to the dentist! She is warm and friendly. Unfortunately, I was having a bit of toothache after my filling, in fact the tooth ache had been before the filling so I was hoping the ache would go after the filling was done, but it seemed to continue. I had a new job starting so really didn't want to be taking time off for the filling. Dr Clack kindly arranged for my filling appointment and my second appointment at short notice, so that I wouldn't have to take time off. Since that follow up appointment the aching has gone. I have been very impressed with Dr Clack and I am really glad I have found a good dentist.

I cannot recommend high enough the team here. I was a particularly difficult case and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the right treatment for me, even accommodated my odd availability issues. I also need to stress how at ease and calm Aileen made me feel during the procedure. She is a natural in caring for people and the results were really high quality. Thank you so much!

I couldn’t be any happier with the level of care, professionalism and friendly staff received at this dental practice. Having not been to a dentist for several years they certainly made me feel at ease with their warm welcome and consideration. Would highly recommend! I will not be going anywhere else!

I can't thank the team at Toftwood Dental Practice enough.For as long as I can remember, I've always been an extremely nervous person when it comes to having dental work done. So, you can imagine my anxiety when I realised that Brendan had retired. All the years of slowly becoming more and more relaxed about attending the dentist, even for just a check-up, had taken a massive blow knowing he was no longer there.However, what was I worried about... The new team have gone above and beyond my expectation to make me feel relaxed and comfortable, especially recently when hearing the 2 words I'd never wanted to hear... Root Canal.Not only was the procedure painless, but the aftercare and contact I've received has been exceptional. Having Karen there (a familiar face) really helped, however both Aileen and Leah have been fantastic, and I certainly won't be nervous about going back, this new team are amazing!
