Dita Rosted Events - London Wedding & Events Planner

Dita helped us plan our wedding in London while we were living in Canada, this meant we really relied on her more than most clients I expect! She went above and beyond to make our day perfect and having her there allowed me to enjoy my wedding without being bothered/stressed by last minutes questions or issues from the caterers/band/guests etc etc! Dita’s experience all really helps with the little details that I wouldn’t have thought of. We really couldn’t have done it without her and I know that I wouldn’t have enjoyed the day anywhere near as much as I did without her. You won’t regret using Dita - she’s amazing!

Dita is the best! Dita was our On-The-Day coordinator for our Trinity Buoy Wharf wedding, and her fab team managed our reception drinks & bar (our guests all commented on how great the drinks were!). No challenge was too big - Dita managed everything & pulled the day off without a hitch - we couldn't recommend her more.

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator.Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts.Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. We couldn’t speak highly of them enough. A lot of our friends and family complimented the staff saying how helpful and accommodating they were!Overall, the wedding was amazing and we couldn't have done it without Dita!

From the day we met Dita after falling in love with our venue in Brixton, we both knew she was exactly who we needed on our team!! She understood implicitly what we meant when we said we didn’t want our day to be too ‘weddingy’, and guided us through the potentially daunting world of a dry hire wedding with such expertise, that all notions of stress were taken away!Whilst we maintained total creative control (something incredibly important to us as we wanted our wedding to reflect us) Dita’s partial planning service saved us from hours of googling and hassle, and resulted in her finding us the most incredible chef, who couldn’t have met our brief any better (literally the best food I’ve ever eaten and a view echoed by all our guests). It also took away the need for us to organise the bar or staff (jobs we didn’t really want!!), and again resulted in the most professional, brilliant team looking after us on the day, with fab service from beginning to end.Dita was always available and responsive, but never pushy (no mad wedding planner vibes here!!!), and having her around to co-ordinate deliveries and suppliers on both the prep day and the wedding day meant that everything flowed seamlessly and we honestly didn’t have to worry about a single thing except for getting married and enjoying ourselves (which we did immensely!!!)We literally couldn’t have created such a smooth running, relaxed, perfect wedding without her. Couldn’t recommend her service highly enough!!

I honestly don't know how to express our gratitude for Dita - the best OTD coordinator we ever could have asked for! We had an outdoor wedding and probably bit off a bit more than we could chew, organising our own alcohol and catering, as well as the decor etc. We needed someone to support on the day, and after reading her wonderful reviews, I asked Dita to lend a hand. She ended up being so much more than that though! Dita helped to sense check our booze order, the cutlery, glassware/bar equipment we needed to hire, and also supported with our many, many questions about timings, logistics and us generally being a bit clueless about how to run an event like this! Dita was super supportive, endlessly patient and never judgemental (no question was a silly question!). On the day itself, Dita was the dream. Making sure everything ran smoothly, sorting out all the things that predictably didn't go quite as planned, and just being an all-round hero! We were lucky enough to have her staff there for serving drinks too, and they were great. Loads of people commented on what a friendly team they were! Dita was also amazing with the clean-up and sorting rubbish clearing from the venue, even when the logistics/venue rules made our plans feel a bit impossible! Planning an hosting a wedding can be pretty stressful, but Dita probably quartered our stress levels - such a great source of support. We really couldn't recommend her enough.

Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

Dita is not only one of the best wedding planners in the industry, but she's without question my favourite! As a wedding photographer of over a decade, I've worked with quite a few, but I always get extra excited when I find out Dita is planning the wedding, as I know it's gonna have something very special and unique about it.Every wedding we've worked together on has been an absolute blast, and I can tell Dita really cares about all the details - big and small - whilst also making sure the day goes by as smoothly as possible. Plus she makes great suggestions - drag DJ anyone?! Honestly she'll be the best money you spend on your wedding, and I can't recommend her highly enough!!

After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. She was an exceptional collaborator in how she worked with us to bring together a beautiful multicultural experience that spoke to our families’ traditions.Dita and her team were all brilliant leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. We couldn’t have done it without her. It is thanks to Dita that we have such wonderful memories of our wedding day!

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess!We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter.On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!!I could not rate Dita highly enough!

We worked with Dita for on the day coordination and styling of our wedding. Honestly she’s like an encyclopaedia of event planning and I was blown away with how smoothly things went.
