Rude and unprofessional, doctor literally was burping when on the phone with me and making jokes about my problem, making it seem like it was nothing, yet for me something that I was going to therapy about.Also Few months ago was misdiagnosed, I had a tumour yet the doctor said it’s for sure just an infection and declined my request to see a specialist.

Helpful at times depending on what doctor your given that day, staff are friendly and most of the doctors are understanding a few are very off putting and make you not want to speak to them

Amazing doctor surgery with lovely staff. Doctors are really nice, friendly and understanding. Really amazing that they have an on the day appointment system - so much better than waiting weeks for an appointment - thank you Anderson medical centre !!

Rubbish doctor they do,t listen properly carefully.I have cough from last 3 month .I visit 4 times surgery doctor could not investigate why I have cough .not profational doctors not qualified doctor totally waste time .I would not recommend any one go there .

Doctor Pugh is a horrific, obnoxious imbecile with no manners who doesn't know how to behave like a proper human being. Never attended a GP Surgery as bad as this one.

Hands down the best GP I have ever been registered with. Never an issue getting an appointment, everyone so friendly and helpful. The reception staff are amazing, the doctors and nurse fantastic.
