Michelle is just the most phenomenal teacher. She has gone above and beyond to help me with my condition of scoliosis and poor posture. Exercises were throughly explained in her very clean and suitable studio. Michelle really has shown me that she cares and has gone out of her way to make sure I understand so many of the aspects of this complex condition. I am really greatful for my time with Michelle and hope to come back for more sessions with her as unfortunately I have moved too far away for further instruction. Thanks Michelle!!
